Characteristics:
The MD KGT drills are made with a completely innovative cutting geometry with asymmetric cutting edge division and three guide phases. This avoids vibrations and reduces friction. Polishing of the grooves ensures optimal chip flow.
These characteristics, combined with the Mx2 cutting material which is particularly resistant to high temperatures, allow the MD KGT drills to perform drilling with more than double the cutting speed and 30% higher feed rate compared to traditional drills.
Standard production includes diameters from 3.00 to 20.00 mm with cutting depths of 3xD, 5xD, 8xD 12xD 15xD, 20xD, 25xD, 30xD and 40xD
